Compiled Skills BECMI Mystara style and how to use them.

I have created  a compilation work on Skills  and  released it on Pandius.
Compiling all information on Mystara Skills from all Gazetteers, Rules Cyclopedia and elsewhere into one single source.
One thing, that was missing in the originalsystem. was the use of Time; now you can also see what the duration of your skill is to fulfill its task.
